A World Free of ALS/MND

The Alliance is a global network of ALS/MND associations informed by PALS/CALS, that builds capability for its members and connects to external stakeholders. We help members thrive by adding value to existing and future associations through curation and creation of information and by acting as a global gateway through which Alliance Members, PALS and CALS, internal, and external stakeholders connect. Our two main focuses are Community and Capability and we can do this as we build our Capacity.

Message from Calaneet Balas, Chair, International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations:

The Alliance is concerned about people living with ALS/MND during the conflict in Ukraine. We are working closely with our stakeholder partners in member organizations, industry and NGOs to make sure that we keep the lines of communication open and help as best we can. Our role as the Alliance is to be a global gateway between our member organizations and many nearby organizations in Europe, and in fact globally, have stepped forward to help those who have been displaced get access to the care they need including continuing clinical trials if individuals were enrolled. If you or someone you know is living with ALS/MND and has been directly impacted, please have them reach out to alliance@als-mnd.org .
