Carers Hub

Our Carers hub is here to help if you provide unpaid support to someone with motor neurone disease (MND) or Kennedy’s disease. You may prefer to see yourself as their partner, relative or friend, but as a ‘carer’ you can access services and support. Getting help may become essential as care needs increase. The following pages provide information to help you look after your own wellbeing.

ALS Care Nurses (Switzerland)

ALS Care Nurses sind spezialisierte Pflegefachpersonen, die entweder direkt im Auftrag eines Schweizer Muskelzentrums tätig sind oder eng mit einem solchen zusammenarbeiten.

Mit ALS Care bietet der Verein ALS Schweiz persönliche Beratung und Begleitung durch ausgebildete ALS-Fachpersonen.

ALS Care kann auch von Fachpersonen der Spitex, von Pflege-Institutionen und Hausarztpraxen gebucht werden. Etwa für Schulung und Beratung zum Thema Amyotrophe Lateralsklerose (ALS) oder generell als fachliche Unterstützung.
